Rudy is a born and raised southern Californian striving to become a lead architectural designer and future architect. He is passionate about architecture and design and aims to be a contributor to the world of architecture.
Upon graduating in 2011 from Woodbury University School of Architecture with a B.Arch, he initiated his design career while working with local architects and real estate contractors. Rudy gained experience and knowledge with both Commercial/Retail & Residential projects becoming familiar with the multiple facets of design & construction.
In 2015, Rudy teamed up with Duy to start the collaboration we now know as StudioOne. His vision is to one have StudioOne as a leader of new age architecture and design.
Aside from his professional career, Rudy keeps faith and family as his main source of motivation. His wife Yesenia, and two boys, Alonzito & Rubensito, keep him grounded and driven to strive for greatness, to keep the Mamba Mentality. Whenever not in the office, you can find Rudy with family at church, watching and playing basketball, hiking, biking, and enjoying life.

Duy is a proud San Diegan and is deeply rooted in the San Diego community. He strives to become a licensed architect and is focused on providing top quality design services.
After receiving his B.Arch from Woodbury University School of Architecture, he began his career working along several southern Californian architectural offices. Duy gained knowledge and skills and became an integral team member to all of his past employers. Design is his specialty.
Duy and Rudy initiated their partnership with local residential projects which consisted of additions, remodels, and complete new construction. The year 2015 was when it all started. With the establishment of Studio One, Duy aims to continue to grow the company and become a leading design firm.
By staying local to San Diego, Duy can enjoy his family, the nice weather and enjoy the diverse culture of his community. He enjoys spending time with his son, Jacob, and wife Linh. HIs favorite pastimes include basketball, hanging out at his barbershop, cruises down La Jolla, and exploring the diverse and savory cuisine found in San Diego.

Jehu began working for Rudy as a permit runner back in 2016. During this time, he assisted with processing and submitting various projects. He was able to obtain the knowledge and experience needed to successfully obtain various permits.
In 2018, Jehu graduated from Cal State San Marcos with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice. After receiving his degree, he was employed at a collection law firm for which he assisted various Attorney’s in settling claims. Speaking to both the clients and defendants, he successfully settled claims and provided an agreeable payment plan owed by the defendants. His communication and negotiations skills excelled during this time.
Jehu looks forward to extending his skills and helping bring success to the company. Outside of work, Jehu enjoys working and upgrading his Jeep Wranglers, enjoying the outdoors, sports, keeping his family in first place, and being a resilient individual.
Project Manager
Before working for Studio One, she spent three years working as a construction and design resident for housing projects and shopping centers in the city of Cali, Colombia. She did an academic exchange at the University of Tarragona Spain Rovira I Virgili, where she learned new ways of seeing culture and architecture.
In addition to being an architect in Colombia, she is a pastry chef and a lover of CrossFit as a discipline. She enjoys art, music, and traveling the world. On weekends, she likes to spend time with her family and indulge in good food.
3D Visualizer | Project Designer
Lina is an interior designer, 3D visualizer, and trained architect in Colombia. Before joining Studio One, she spent five years collaborating with different companies, designing custom kitchens, as well as working on private homes and residential developments in Hawaii, California, Florida, and New York.
Lina fondly remembers visiting her family’s terrazzo flooring job sites during her childhood. This familiarity with construction, together with her love of photography and beautifully designed spaces, spurred her to study architecture.
On the weekends, she enjoys hiking with her four miniature poodles, Ally, Princess, Abril, and Albine, as well as playing volleyball.
