The new building will have a striking 20-foot high office entry lobby at 609 West Randolph Street and will provide state-of-the-art boutique office spaces with expansive glazing that offers unique views for all tenants. The architecture of the new office building is comprised of a contemporary loft vernacular that relates to the traditional masonry façades of 601 West Randolph and neighboring buildings.
